  • Own product(s) throughout all stages of product life cycle (conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities) and drives product strategy, product planning and marketing execution

  • 4+ years of experience in medical device marketing
  • Operate as a matrix manager in coordinating people and technical resources from multiple areas of the company.
  • Experience working with clinicians and KOL’s on product solutions
  • High level of knowledge of all products, company policies and practices
  • Thorough knowledge of long-range and operational planning techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or engineering
  • Advanced degree in business management, marketing, or planning desirable

The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive.

  • Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation across global markets
  • Develop and maintain strategic vision for product roadmap
  • Develop business cases for new products and services for consideration in the portfolio management process
  • Develop business and customer requirements for new product and enhancements to existing products; work with R&D on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization
  • Work with product development team (R&D, marketing, operations) to develop integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments, tailored by market
  • Set value-based price corridor for products; coordinate pricing to ensure profitable growth
  • Develop channel strategy for each offering by market
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop baseline messaging and positioning, collateral, web presence, training, and support for company plans and global rollout of solutions, following the product management methodology
  • Drive overall launch execution of solutions in all markets
  • Develop global new product training content
  • Manage strategic partnerships with third-party integrated solution providers and key strategic customers/KOLs
