Neolight is searching for an experienced medical device customer service representative with excellent communications skills.

Job Description:

Your goal will be to work with internal and external customers as the communication nexus for ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with medical device regulations and quality systems, excellent empathy-based communications skills, ability to handle a dynamic rapid growth environment, be comfortable in multiple roles as the organization grows, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a part-time position supporting the USA eastern region with the potential to become full-time as the organization grows. Remote work required. Schedule to be flexible to allow for team coverage of USA standard business hours (8AM Eastern – 5PM Pacific).

Job Responsibility Details:

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Prioritize and triage incoming customer requests
  • Interface with internal team members and external customers
  • Maintain complete and accurate records
  • Ensure service team phone coverage of USA business hours

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
  • Medical device, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • Ability to triage and prioritize multiple customer and internal needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely required
  • Experience with various ERP and Complaint Handling software platforms (optional)
  • HIPAA training (optional)
