Neolight is searching for an experienced medical device customer service manager who is motivated to build a world class customer service department from the ground up.
Your goal will be to work with internal and external customers as the communication nexus for ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical device regulations and quality systems, excellent empathy-based communications skills, ability to handle a dynamic rapid growth environment, be comfortable in multiple roles as the organization grows, and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position located on-site in Scottsdale Arizona. Schedule to be flexible to allow for team coverage of USA standard business hours (8AM Eastern – 5PM Pacific).
